3.2.12 DWI Final Voxelsize (mm)
<img_resample_res></img_resample_res>
- 1.5,1.5,1.5 Default Setting
Once all the processing is done, the corrected diffusion weighted images are saved with a specified resolution, defined by this setting. This describes the voxel resolution that the user wants for the final DWI output in [mm].
Three floating point entries separated with commas should be given for this setting.
WARNING: The smaller the voxel size the more disk space this will take. With this tag set to 1,1,1 we have experienced some memory problems with IDL. A reasonable value to use for this tag is a slightly higher resolution than your original images. The default value of 1.5,1.5,1.5 was chosen based on data acquired with 2mm isotropic voxels. If your data is, for example, 3mm isotropic, it may suffice to set this tag to 2,2,2 or even 2.5,2.5,2.5.
