3.12 Metric Types
The various metric options are as follows:
- Standard: This is an ANTS metric. Here structural is not used. “UP” image is registered to “Down” image. The image generated at time point '0.5' is the corrected image. 'CC' is the metric used.
- Geometry (with structural): “UP” image is registered to “Down” image but have to go through structural at time point 0.5. This mostly corrects for geomatric shapes. 'CCokan' is the metric used.
- Signal re-distribution (with structural): Registers the combined 'up' and 'down' image to the structural and it favors correct signal distribution. 'CCKokan' is the metric used.
- Standard with Jacobian: This has not been made active yet. This is essentially the Holland's method.
