3.2.21 Working FOV

<cropped_FOV></cropped_FOV>

  • 200,240,190 Default Setting

One can prescibe the field of view (FOV) for the template image. Values are in mm, in the order x,y,z.

The default is set to a reasonable value for whole brain DTI as an example, however, we recommend to set this value such that it leaves a reasonable amount of empty space around your image.

This FOV is entirely meant for internal workings of the software. This was erroneously reported before as representing the FOV of the final output images. However, in reality, the final output FOV is the same as the FOV of the structural target image provided in the data description file.
