3.2.18 Upsampling Factor

<upsampling_factor></upsampling_factor>

  • 1
  • 2 Default Setting

This value determines the degree of upsampling. Default, and recommended value is '2'. If your raw data is 128x128x50 than the resulting upsampled data will be 256x256x100. If the value is set to '1', there is no change to the data. The upsampling factor is not required to be an integer value.

If you wish to rename your data (for example to anonymize your data), you can easily do so by providing an anonymized name in the data description file to something like 'subject_1'. This was formerly associated with the upsampling algorithm, but has since been made an independent feature. See the data description file section for more information.
