1.1 Welcome

Welcome to the software guide for the DIFF_PREP module of TORTOISE. This software has been developed along with the DIFF_CALC module to fulfill most of the needs of users wishing to process DTI data.

The standard procedure for processing would be to correct and register your data using DIFF_PREP and then calculate the tensor and tensor derived quantities using DIFF_CALC.
