3. Usage of DIFF_CALC

DIFF_CALC is a software package for the estimation of the diffusion tensor and for the calculation of tensor derived quantities. It also has the ability to perform region of interest (ROI) analysis, and to export data to a number of software packages.

The various functions of DIFF_CALC will be described in this section of the Software Guide.
